Veratrak, an award-winning UK based supply chain software provider, has successfully completed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an independent, international organisation that sets the global standards for security and safety. As the world-standard reference for quality used by millions of organisations around the globe, ISO 9001 sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organisations be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.
The certificate, which highlights Veratrak’s commitment to quality, was issued to Veratrak on June 08, 2023, for the provision of a software platform for improving the efficiency, collaboration and security of the pharmaceutical supply chain globally.
“Veratrak aims to enhance customer satisfaction by establishing a systematic approach to managing quality, leading to improved processes, products, and services”, said Ashley Sainsbury, Quality & Compliance Operations Manager at Veratrak.
He added: “We’re delighted to be a certified ISO 9001 provider. It demonstrates Veratrak’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements”.
Olivia Kirkham, COO at Veratrak commented: “At Veratrak, we have a shared commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Being ISO 9001 certified promotes a culture of continuous improvement and helps identify and address quality issues effectively. This latest certification, which follows the ISO/IEC 27001 security standard certification received in January, showcases that we’re continuously working to deliver high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.”
